I'm an academic in Irish Studies and graphic designer living in New York. I split my time between Westchester County NY, and the coast of Maine.
IRISH LANGUAGE TEACHING
Currently affiliated with the Irish Studies program at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Ct., and Vassar College NY. Previously, New York University, Iona College NY, and SUNY Purchase NY. Also affiliated with cultural organizations.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & ART
I have a graphic design business called Blue Frog Studio established in 2005.
Design for web and printing.
WRITING & PRESENTATIONS
I write in Irish and English, have edited bi-lingual collections, published articles, write and translate poetry and maintain an (award-winning!) Irish Language Blog.
EVENT CONCEPT & MANAGEMENT
I've designed and managed various public events which support my teaching and academic interests.
